Cricket Records

Many thanks go to two people, who have helped me over the years preserve these records. Firstly, Donald Jowett, past player, Secretary and President, sadly no longer with us, who had the foresight to keep the club scorebooks and begin this project some 50 years ago. Secondly, Mick Adams legendary fast bowler, who spent many evenings and weekends with pencil, paper and calculator working out the averages for past players from the information held in our scorebooks.

In addition, Billy Stockdale who did a great job in pulling together the photographs of past teams, players and occasions, as well as starting the first Villas website.
