About Us
Bolton Villas are proud members of the Airedale & Wharfedale Cricket League, Bradford Ju We run two senior Saturday teams, along with a thriving junior section, which has teams at Under 11, 13 and 15 levels and an acadamy side which plays in the Bradford Evening League. Net sessions take place on Tuesday's (Seniors & Under 17s) and mONDAYs (Junior under 11, 13 and 15s). We have a number of qualified coaches helping to run teams at all levels. Facilities The club offers first rate practice facilities, changing rooms and the playing area is kept to a high standard. 2007 has seen the club open its brand new clubhouse offering a warm welcome to everyone. BBC Presenter Harry Gration was guest of honour at a dinner to mark the opening of the new clubhouse. The dinner was attended by friends old and new and was a celebration of five years efforts by members and supporters. Harry was excellent company and gave a very entertaining talk reminiscing on his broadcasting career and some of the characters he has come across. Our thanks go to Carol and Martin Molyneux for organising the occasion and to the Grouse Inn at Oakworth who provided an excellent meal. |
